Brent Morgan, an Area Sales Representative for Macaulay Controls, recalls an instance where he experienced firsthand how Assmann shows up for its distributors.
According to Brent, Assmann Southwest General Manager Mike Combs went out of his way to join Brent in a meeting with a potential customer in Texas City.
While Mike had already met the customer years prior, his willingness and dedication made an impact.
“[From] having the service and then basically getting the detailed service aspects we need to help sell everything, and he’s (Mike) made himself available [for it all],” Brent said.
Assmann’s local presence, combined with its standards for success, have been a game changer for the way Macaulay Controls conducts business.
“Having someone locally, in our state, in the same time zone, that we know has been there for a long time, that knows the product lines, knows the customers, knows production. That has been really instrumental in how efficient we are with quoting tanks and projects,” Phillip said.
