    Threaded Access Caps

    These caps are designed with a gasket to create a fume tight seal. Threaded access caps are available for most tanks below 4000 gallons. 7” and 11” sizes are available, and Assmann’s 11” pressure cap features the gasket in both the lid and tank.

    Hinged Lids

    Available in 22” and 24” sizes, hinged lids offer full access into the tank and its contents. We also offer weighted hinged lids, recommended for applications where secondary vents — in case of over-pressurization — are required. Hinged lids are not equipped with gaskets and should not be used in fume tight applications.

    Lids with Rims

    Commonly used on small day tanks and chemical feed systems, threaded lids and rims allow for easy access into the storage tank. At Assmann, we offer threaded lids and rims in sizes 8”, 16”, and 21”. These lid assemblies are not fume tight and do not have gaskets.

    Bolted and Gasteked

    Ideal for storage solutions where strong fuming chemical odors must be limited, all bolted manways are gasketed to help eliminate fumes from being released into your facility. At Assmann, we offer these systems in 16”, 22”, and 24” sizes.

    Lever Lock Lids

    Our most common cover, Assmann’s 16” Lever Lock lids can be molded on most tanks sized between 200 and 4000 gallons. Designed with a flanged neck so the lid snap fits over — with an additional cam style lock for security — this system is a proven solution for many of our customers.
